You may openly carry a firearm if you are engaged in or traveling to / from fishing, camping, hunting, or test / target shooting but paints you as a first engagement target if something should pop off. Hi Reek, yes this is a pistol. No, you cannot open carry. Open carry of firearms in Florida is illegal in public places.
