  Hi Bruce and welcome. Not AR 15's which are usually chambered in 5.56 or .223. AR 10's are usually the .308 versions of the AR series rifle. • Q: How is the fitment of this Magazine in the Springfield Saint Victor 308? Is it tight, is it loose, does it latch securely, does it freely eject when released? I know I am a fossil but all my riffles are with steel magazines, except for the ones that came with weapon when purchased, I learned firing automatic weapons with steel magazines and it was carved into my mind that "THEY WORK". It might be time to try a change.

  Hi Maurice and welcome. The M3 Magazines will be slightly sticky when empty but will drop free. They won't drop free with the vigor of Metal Magazines since the plastic mags are slightly thicker for the sake of strength. Cheers and stay safe Sir!
