Hi Alexander, this is the RECCE MIL reticle. You can tell by the model number. The L at the end (4L) indicates MIL.
The letter M (4M) would indicate MOA
In this case 21244-4L indicates 2-12 x 44 magnification and 4L is REECE MIL
RECCE MIL reticles are available in 2-12x44 and 3-18x50 magnifications
