Can I buy this one if I live in CA (95776) or have restrictions. I want to get one 4 home protection.

That would be a big No. This model, or any other Taurus are not on the CA DOJ approved gun Roster. How about grabbing yourself a shotgun? Great home defense tool!!

Hi Salvador and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. Taurus does not have any semi-auto handguns on the CA DOJ Handgun Roster. Only revolvers : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150995 ------------- Cheers and stay safe!
