Hi Brad, yes, the gun must be paid in full before you can apply for the rebate. Eligible guns include all Tomcat and Bobcat pistols purchased and paid in full, NEW at retail, in the United States, between the dates of July 15 and December 31, 2023. So if you put the gun on layaway, it must be paid in full before Dec 31 to qualify for the rebate.
