Suania, it is very easy. First, you must have a valid (unexpired) Puerto Rico-issued Firearms License before placing an order for any firearm.
Then, you simply choose you gun and proceed to checkout, where you will choose a FFL dealer to have the gun shipped to.
You will have to pay your FFL a transfer fee, (fees vary) and possibly a small fee for background check.
